Many train stations have an Ekimenya (Station Noodle Restaurant).  It's a standing restaurant with simple soba or udon noodle dishes served hot or cold with tempura.  It's pretty fast food, not the best, but not terrible either.  I figured I should review the one at Yokosuka Chuo station and since I didn't want to eat my entire lunch there I just got some cold soba with dipping broth.
